Hi! I'm Elizabeth

I am a psychotherapist and mindful life coach. I've helped hundreds of people shift from feeling depleted and overwhelmed to living with greater confidence, energy, and inspiration. 

I know firsthand the power of reflection and self-care in creating a more fulfilling and balanced life. Through my many years of work with people in psychotherapy, as well as coaching, I have found that the most life-changing results come from small, consistent actions. 

You can choose one reflection journal prompt per day and spend 5-7 minutes simply contemplating, meditating, and/or journaling on it. I encourage you to just notice what comes up for you.
